Do my guests need an app?
No. It opens in any phone or computer browser, like a web page — no download, no account and no password.
Do I have to edit anything myself?
No. This is not a Canva template. You fill in one short form and our studio sets every detail, then sends you a private proof to approve.
Where do the replies go?
Into a Google Sheet that belongs to you, with totals at the top: replies, guests coming, meal choices and dietary notes.
Can I change something after I send it?
Yes. Message us and we update it. The same link shows the new details, so nothing has to be sent again.
How quickly will I see it?
Your proof arrives within 48 hours of your completed form, and within 24 hours on The Whole Weekend.
Can every guest see their own name?
Yes, on The Whole Weekend. Each guest gets a personal link with their name on the doors or envelope.
How long does my link stay live?
Until six months after your wedding, so guests can find the details again afterwards.
What about the save the date templates?
Those are ready-made Canva website templates you buy here and edit yourself — the link arrives the moment you pay. Our animated invitations are made for you by our studio.
